With mothers day just around the corner I have constantly on the look out for cute, fun and qwerky ideas to celebrate the occasion. Yesterday I stumble upon this amazing and powerful little app that I instantly became addicted to.

‪#‎Tagxedo‬ is a fun and niffty word art app that will allow you to create some visually spectacular pieces of art simply using words and shapes. The app has shapes pre-loaded into the software or you could upload your own.

For example, If you were to say make something for mothers day, you would use descriptive words that express how you feel about your mum this is also and amazing idea to create some some inspirational word art for your childs bedroom wall.

I highly recommend this app for both adults and kids. I really had alot of fun with this. Attached below are a few creations I came up with. Please note these were created in the app and transported into Photoshop for some alterations and fine tuning.

The software is licensed as Creative Commons with attribution for non commercial use only. Meaning you can use the app for your own personal use but you do need to credit them when sharing your creations. To acquire a license for commercial use the sites states to contact them.
